Staff Nurse/Care Coordinator
Staff nurse/ Care Coordinator required for a national services for adults with physical / neurological disabilities. This position will be based mainly in Cork city, although travel outside of the city may be required at times. It is a full time role based on a 39 hours week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The main duties and responsibilities of the role is to support staff and management team, to include an element of training and supervision. This position involves leading a team, supporting the Service Manager /CNM1 to effectively manage services delivered to clients.
The successful candidate must possess strong organisational skills and have the ability to coordinate and liaise with the multi-disciplinary team in response to identified needs of clients. He/She will actively contribute to improve the quality of care through implementation of Best Possible Health and HIQA standards. The Coordinator will also act as a clinical support resource and carry out clinical interventions where required.

Requirements:
- Must be registered as a nurse with the NMBI
- Must have at least 12 months post graduation experience in a disability service or within the community
- Must be permitted to work in Ireland
- Must have a full clean drivers licence and be willing to use own vehicle for work
