TTM Healthcare have partnered with a well established nursing home in Clare who have a position for a Staff Nurse. They have a wonderful opportunity with aa supportive environment.
Our clients ff are supported in further education and recognised for their contribution which annual staff awards and service awards which contributes to high morale, a sense of team and low turnover. We are proactive on our base of skills mix and welcome application on an opened ended basis for all categories of staff.

Aims and Objectives of Staff Nurse
• Maintain and improve the quality of service experienced by our residents.
• To provide ongoing training to all our staff to enhance the quality of service provided.
• To seek resident's involvement in all future planning and development
Elderly Care Nurse Duties
• To ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence and fulfilment.
• To be professionally accountable for providing acceptable standards of care.
• To ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence and fulfilment
Requirements:
• Be registered with the NMBI
• Have excellent communication skills and work well in a team
