Our Client is a newly extended nursing home situated close to Cork City with a 30 Min commute. This home offer exceptional opportunity to specialise and advance in your career with dedicated Dementia wings and state of the Art facilities this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Our Client is looking for a staff nurse to join them on a full-time permanent basis working a mixture of days and nights 12-hour shifts.
Aims and Objectives.
Maintain and improve the quality of service experienced by our residents.
To provide ongoing training to all our staff to enhance the quality of service provided.
To seek resident's involvement in all future planning and development
Elderly Care Nurse Duties
To ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence, and fulfilment.
To be professionally accountable for providing acceptable standards of care.
To ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence, and fulfilment.
Requirements:
Be registered with the NMBI
Have excellent communication skills and work well in a team
