Senior 2 Radiographer


The Background;

TTM Healthcare are proud to be working with one of the UK’s Largest private hospitals who provide specialist complex care over a selection of fields. With over 40 years caring for patients, with world renowned consults, they have seen many breakthroughs in medicine and patient care, and they have been at the forefront of pioneering treatment in many areas of medicine including cardiology, cancer care, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, and radiology. The advanced imaging technology includes 3T MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography and nuclear medicine, including SPECT-CT and PET-CT.

This is a full-time role working 37.5hrs per week (Covering shifts between 8 am until 10 pm – There is weekend on-call)


Key Qualifications & Competencies;
  • Degree in Diagnostic Radiography (or Equivalent)
  • HCPC registration
  • At least 2-3 years post qualification experience
  • Substantial General Radiography & CT Experience with commitment to on-call
  • Knowledge of processes and procedures in radiography
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • As Senior 2 Radiographer you will provide a customer focused high quality diagnostic Radiography service to our patients and service users; rotating across, X-ray, Interventional Radiology and CT.
  • Have experience within modalities


Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional standard of excellence in radiographic services for all patients
  • Assist the Consultant Radiologists in the performance of their examinations, being amenable always to a broad spectrum of imaging requests.
  • Routinely perform all imaging processing, including basic PACS tasks e.g. loading images onto PACS.
  • Perform all types of routine mobile radiographic examinations.
  • Assist the day to day running of the imaging service
  • Assist with patient bookings and administrative duties where necessary, ensuring verified radiologist reports are delivered in a timely manner
  • Assist with staff orientation and training
