Contract: Full-time Permanent Positions

They are currently recruiting for a Residential Service Manager in both Swords and Balbriggan.
As Service Manager you will report to the Head of Operations, you will ensure the effective management and development of the Service in line with Organisational strategy, ensuring regulatory and contract compliance, whilst at all times promoting values and brand through a high-quality support of our Service Users.

Requirements:
- Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent
- 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in health or social care
- 2 years' experience in the intellectual disability or autism field for those with Social Work or Applied Social Studies
- Full Driving Licence and access to own transport
