We're currently recruiting a Recruitment Manager to oversee our Business Support & Support Services division. We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates where sales is part of their DNA. The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have 3-4 years previous recruitment experience in a fast paced temporary or permanent division environment.
  • Has people management experience, having led a team of recruiters previously.
  • Will be commercially bright with market knowledge and a high level of business acumen.
  • Is a proven sales person who is motivated by success and driving standards in those around them.
  • Experience setting and managing Sales targets at a team and individual level in a target driven, sales orientated environment.
  • Solid computer skills across MS including PPT. Word. Excel and outlook


  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base in both our Business Support (covering Finance, HR & Office Support vacancies) and Support Services teams.
  • Leading a team of recruiters in a fast paced, target driven environment ensuring that their activity is seamlessly aligned to the changing needs of their market.
  • Ensure a clear, consistent sales message and approach is adapted across the team for all client communications.
  • Compiling proposals for larger scale contracts and tenders
  • Negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy
  • Leading the team in Canvass calls daily to seek and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to generate leads and maintain competitive awareness
  • Work with Branding Dept to Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customised strategies to grow our brand
  • Networking with clients, and attendance at local networking events.
  • Ensure that best in class strategies are in place to Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of service delivery.
  • Ensuring that all selection and recruitment activities meet with both organisational and contractual requirements.
  • Develop, drive, and execute our candidate deployment strategies across our business area to ensure maximum candidate utilisation and job fill rates.
  • Meeting all personal and team KPI's

Team Management

  • Drive a sales culture by Growing and developing a team of sales people.
  • Support the learning and development of team members via coaching and mentoring.
  • Overseeing delivery of team performance and monitor KPIs weekly,
  • Develop individual team members along the TTM roadmap for succession planning for future management and leadership development
  • Devise and Deliver the business plan for the team and then set quarterly targets and objectives for all team members - holding regular team meetings to discuss and review progress.
  • Oversee the interview, recruitment and retention of team members.
