Person In Charge, Residential Service, Co. Kerry
Contract: Full-time permanent
Salary: €55,000 per annum

TTM Healthcare are proud to be partnered with a leading health and social care provider who provide Advanced Community Care and Community-Based Services throughout the country. They are currently recruiting for Person's in Charge for their Residential Services located in both Tralee and Listowel, Kerry. Their Social Care division provides support to children and adults with intellectual, physical and sensory disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder and also supports individuals who may present with behaviours of concern.
The Person In Charge will be responsible for the development and management of the relevant service, with the support of an experienced service management team and a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will report to service's Regional Manager and will be the nominated Person in Charge (PIC) for the designated centre, ensuring the provision of high quality, responsive and sustainable services in accordance with HIQA standards and relevant legislation.

The Requirements:
- Degree in Applied Social Studies in Social Care or RNID or equivalent/similar.
- 3 years' experience in a management capacity in the health and Social Care area.
- Have a Management & Leadership course completed or be willing to complete one.
- Full clean driving licence is essential.
- Level of knowledge and experience of dealing with HIQA.
