Our client is a well establised and well structured organisation providing care to adults and children in the community and in Residential Care.
They are currently opening some new community houses and are keen to attract Persons in Charge to manage these new exciting services.
The houses are based in Meath and South Louth and will have 4-5 Adult service users with intellectual disabilities.
The roles are Monday to Friday with flexible hours and an optional on call piece for 4-6 weeks per year.
The houses will be professionally staffed with qualified Social Care staff, Team Leader and a night superintendant.
There are also excellent supports and structures in place including information systems to help with Audit..Training..Care Management as well as rostering and leave management.
These roles are new and provide an excellent opportunity in an organised and structured environment.
Candidates will need to be Social Care qualified or equivalent and have 2-3 years leadership and management experience.
