Patient Access Lead Supervisor (Grade V) required by TTM Healthcare, on behalf of an independent, acute care hospital based in North Dublin.
As Patient Access Lead Supervisor you will be responsible and accountable for the management of the day to day operations of the Central/Minors Registration Office and ensure that registration is a seamless experience for the patient, Hospital and Consultants.
This is a full-time position, fixed term position with competitive salary and excellent benefits offered.
Key Requirements:
•Experience of managing and delivering a complex service.
•Experience of working collaboratively with multiple internal and external
•stakeholders, as relevant to this role
•Supervisory and excellent people management skills
•Excellent MS Office and experience of using IT systems effectively e.g. Outlook, RIS, PACS, PiMS
•Team leading, flexibility and excellent organisational ability.
•Knowledge and understanding of healthcare environment & medical terminology.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
