We are currently recruiting for an office manager to join the Broadlake team.

This role is responsible for creating and managing a welcoming and safe work environment. This person will continuously look for and implement improvements to enhance the office experience for employees and visitors. This role looks after facilities management proactively, pre-empting and preventing issues before anybody else even notices. It is key that this person is independent and has their ear to the ground in order to understand what is happening across the company and pre-empt business and employee needs. The role is a permanent post and will be based on full time 37.5 hours per week, working Monday -Friday 9-5.30 based at the head office based in Rathmines.

Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain the highest standards in a welcoming and safe work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Work alongside executive assistant to provide administrative support to CEO and COO
Ensure that all visitors have a positive experience as they enter the office and act as primary point of contact for deliveries, couriers, and post
Proactively suggest and implement cost effective ways to keep the office environment fresh and fit for purpose
Manage office facilities proactively in order to pre-empt and prevent issues, reducing the number of issues reported by employees as a result, and project manage office projects.
Take responsibility for general office administration including stationary, car parking, meeting room bookings, incoming calls, taxis, etc.
Be responsible for Health and safety procedures and fire officer responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 2-years administrative experience
Demonstrated ability to provide top-class service with a focus on constantly looking for improvements that meet business and employee needs
Highly organised with excellent time management and possess a supernatural eye for detail
Strongly developed interpersonal and organisational skills and demonstrate a passion for delivering excellence.
