We're currently recruiting for a HR Officer to join our tribe within our People & Culture department based in Ennis.

The Ideal Candidate:

• CIPD certified (not essential)
• Diploma/Degree/Masters in HR

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

• To provide day-to-day HR administration, co-ordination and support across all HR areas such as HR administration, recruitment, employment law compliance, performance, employee relations/grievances & discipline.
• Works closely with the Management Team across all levels of the business to support and drive HR initiatives and improvements
• Administer all HR-related documentation including statements of employment, social welfare forms, references etc.
• Assist with the full Recruitment and Selection process and associated activities e.g. screening calls, interview scheduling, interviews, reference checks, offer letters, issuing of contract of employment, induction and onboarding process.
• Supporting employees and management on any human resource issues or queries they may have and facilitating actions to resolve these in a timely manner.
• Support with delivery of internal HR communications activity business wide.
• Ensure the relevant HR database/files are up to date, accurate and complies with GDPR legislation.
• Contribute to the delivery of the HR strategy by putting forward views opinions and suggestions that positively impact on the ability of the team to help the business succeed.
• Co Ordinator of Induction and other similar training sessions.
• Co Ordination of learning and development
• Issue employee contracts and addendums to contracts
• Other adhoc duties.
