TTM Healthcare are seeking to appoint a HR Director to lead Attuned Programmes Ireland as they continue to establish their organisation as a centre of excellence for the provision of bespoke residential care services in Ireland.

The HR Directors role will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. The HR Director develope, advise and act upon policies relating to the most effective use of an organisation's staff.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the company employs the right team members in terms of experience and skills while also making sure that there are growth opportunities available to employees seeking to further their career at the organisation. The job of HR Director is important to business success.

Qualifications Required:
Business Management / Human Resources Qualifications
10+ years experience in Management
5+ years experience in Social care
Exerience and understanding of Childrens / Adults Residential Services Desirable

Therefore, leadership skills are critical, particularly in the process of justifying the functional elements of a strategic plan to the company's management team.
