The overall responsibility of the Team Leader will be to ensure the smooth running of a residential unit along with other members of the management team (Deputy Team Leader & Person in Charge)
The Team Leader is the go to person & a person that leads by example. They will use their experience and knowledge to assist the support workers & Deputy Team Leader with their duties.
To be eligible for the role, you will need to:
• Social Care degree or related discipline
• 1 year leadership experience in a social care setting
• 2 years' experience in a social care setting
• Leadership abilities
• full clean drivers licence
Location: Togher, Cork.
Job-Type: Permanent
Salary: €30293 to €43451 (Depending on Experience)
