TTM Healthcare is working in partnership with a leading , organised and growing provider of intellectual disability services based in the east of the country.
We are seeking to recruit a Director of Service.
Reporting directly to the C.E.O. the individual will be a key component of the organisations senior management team and will have direct involvement in service planning and developments, growth and ensuring operational governance in all aspects of service delivery.
The role has excellent supports in place including assistant directors and key senior figures from finance , HR, facilities and general management.
There is a highly trained and qualified multidisciplinary team across the services. The front line staff are experienced and well qualified with a strong supervisory and management structure in place.
There are also strong information systems in place to enable effective management of care management, audit, training, roster and leave management.
This is a highly attractive position within a growing and dynamic organisation. It will require an experienced and innovative individual with a strong background in senior management and a proven track record of leadership.
