Director of Nursing / Person in Charge - NEW STATE OF THE ART NURSING HOME OPENING AUTUM 2022 - North County Cork
Full Time Permanent Position
Hours 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, weekends oncall
TTM Healthcare in association with our client are seeking to recruit a Director of Nursing for a brand new state of the art 60 bedded nursing home opening in Autum 2022 in North County Cork.
Excellent remuneration
Benefits :
Salary (Negotiable depending on experience)
Additional Benefits to include :-
PRSA Contribution : 5% of salary provided this is matched by employee
Target Bonus of €8K per annum based on occupancy and quality of care criteria
Death in service Cover : 2 x annual salary
Annual leave : 25 Days
Sick Pay Scheme
Requirements:
Be a Registered Nurse with Nursing Midwifery Board Ireland,
Have a minimum of 5 years recent relevant work experience
Strong interest in Older Person Care
Possess management/leadership & gerontological qualifications
Sound knowledge of HIQA
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, oral and written
Valid authorisation to live and work in Ireland
