Deputy Client Services Manager
Contract: Permanent - 104 hours will be DCSM and 65 hours will be Community Support Worker
Salary: Successful candidates will be paid in line with HSE Consolidated Pay scales plus allowance of €1,500

TTM Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with our Client who supports individuals with mental ill health, autism, learning disabilities and dementia, providing innovative, professional, high quality support services to people across the spectrum of need and particularly at the higher level of complexity. They are currently recruiting for a Deputy Client Services Manager within Arklow Wicklow.
The successful candidate will support the Client Services Manager in the day to day running of the location. Facilitate and implement a person-centered approach for our Clients appropriate to their wishes and goals. Assist the CSM in organizing and maintaining staff rosters and management of TMS. The DCSM role will also incorporate frontline hours. 104 hours will be DCSM and 65 hours will be Community Support Worker
Requirements:
Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent
Level 6 in Management Health / Social Care
A minimum of 1-year Supervisory experience
3 years' experience within the Intellectual Disability
Full licence and access to own transport
