TTM Healthcare are currently seeking a Community Staff Nurse for the North Dublin area.
This service provides high quality safe and effective care in the home and community, for children of all ages with varying degrees of ability.
Working hours - 8am to 3pm approximately
This role can be taken up by 1 full time nurse or 2 part time nurses.
Responsibilities and Qualities include . . .
•To ensure recognition of the patient as an individual
•To prioritise the needs and comforts of the patient and family
•Demonstrate kindness, compassion and patience
•Work closely in partnership with family members
•Provide excellent evidenced based nursing care and implement all aspects of the patient's care plans based on the needs identified
Qualifications & Experience
•Minimum one to two years' post graduate experience
•Paediatric experience desirable however not essential as necessary training will be provided
