Community Based Nurse Manager required - Leinster
Together with our client, a leading private homecare provider, we are hiring for a Nurse Manager to occupy an office based position. You will be general qualified (RGN), with strong acute nursing experience (5 years plus) and will have a high level of self motivation. Strong IT and admin skills would be a distinct advantage. Robust people management skills are a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the operational tasks of daily clinical delivery of this national IV Nursing Service
- Act as a liaison between the company and various hospitals and hospital groups
- Act as an expert practitioner in the referral department
- Manage a large team of community based nurses across the wider Leinster area
- Maintain the highest standards of record keeping on patient files
- Carry out regular risk assessments in line with company guidelines
- To act as a clinical lead on behalf of the HSE
REQUIREMENTS:
- General qualified with full NMBI registration
- High degree of self motivation
- Excellent attention to detail with a systematic and structured approach to tasks
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent People management skills are a must for this role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to form relationships with ease
- The ability to multi task and problem solve
