TTM Healthcare have partnered with Ireland's leading Addiction Services to recruit a Clinical Quality and Safety Manager (CNM3).
This is a permanent contract working 35 hours per week with an option work a hybrid model. Some out of hours may be required.
The service has 13 treatment centers in total located Cork, Dublin, Kerry and Limerick. The successful candidate will be required to visit each facility as required, accommodation and travel expenses included.
The Role will involve:
•Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
•Clinical Risk Management and Safety
•Clinical Medical & Therapeutic Procedures & practice
•Leadership & Management
•Staff Training & Development
•Statistics and Trends Analysis
•Services Accidents and Incidences
•Clinical Supervision
Requirements:
•Full NMBI Registration Essential
•Must be CNM 3 level or above Essential
•Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role Desirable
•Additional Managerial Qualification Desirable
•Experience within the homeless, addiction or mental health sectors Essential
•Experience and working knowledge of risk management strategy and systems Essential
•An understanding of Charity legislation and regulation Desirable
