Clinical Nurse Manager II - ICU
TTM Healthcare Solutions are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager II - ICU to join the team of a large acute hospital in Dublin. This is a permanent role working full time hours.

Requirements:
• Valid NMBI Pin
• Minimum 5 years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
• Minimum 3 years ICU management experience
• Ideally have a Health Care Management qualification preferably at third level
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
• Have a recognised post-registration nursing course - Higher Diploma or Post Grad course, in Intensive Care nursing or equivalent or be in pursuit of same
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical and management leadership for Staff Nurses and ensure an effective learning environment for the multidisciplinary team and taking an active part in the delivery of care as appropriate.
• Plan, develop and monitor human and budget resource plans to ensure an effective and efficient service.
• Plan specialist nursing service, innovations and developments.
