Due to expansion of our client's services, TTM Healthcare welcome applications for the position of Clinical Nurse Manger II (CNM2) for our client's Residential Services based in Dublin.  Our client provides a variety of services and supports to people with an intellectual disabilities and provide care in Residential, Day Services and respite services.

The CNM2
The successful Clinical Nurse Manager II (CNM2) is required to hold a qualification in Intellectual Disability Nursing and possess experience in the area of management within intellectual disabilities supported by a recognised Management Programme. The Clinical Nurse Manager II (CNM2) will receive reports from a team of 20 staff and will report directly to the Service Manager though Senior Personnel.
The successful candidate will be a qualified and experienced Nurse and will possess both extensive senior management experience and the ability to deliver Nursing Services in an Intellectual Disabilities setting. 

Working Hours:
39 Hour Per Week

Salary Range:
49,914 - €59,090

Applicant Criteria:
  • Obtain a qualification in Intellectual Disability Nursing
  • Hold an active registration with NMBI
  • Obtain a recognised Management qualification

Experience Required:
  • Have previous experience within the area of Intellectual Disability
  • Have experience working in the areas of complex health needs, autism and behaviours of concern
  • Proven managerial, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Have detailed knowledge of HIQA Standards
