The Position :- Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) - Co. Dublin
Our client, Ireland's largest independent Healthcare providers of quality nursing home care in Ireland is actively looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) for a state of the art Care Home facility based in the Dublin area.
This Nursing and Convalescent Home provides nursing and residential care for older people. The home offers post-operative care as well as respite care to give home carers a much needed break. Their residents have varying needs from specialist support and help with everyday living to those who just need a helping hand to retain some independence. Some stay on a permanent basis whilst others stay for short periods of time.
Then Requirements :-
Must be registered with NMBI
Minimum 3-5 years experience in gerontology at at least two years at management level
Strong clinical & communication skills are required,
Ability to lead a team of nurses and HCA's.
Must practice person centred approach in patient care
Excellent knowledge of HIQA Regulations and standards is essential,
