Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (Oncology / Medical Day Services)

CNM3 required for an Oncology Day Service in a leading private hospital in Dublin. Duties include planning, coordinating, and managing activity and resources within the clinical areas of the Oncology unit.

Responsibilities include:

Leading, managing and motivating all nursing and support staff ensure the delivery of a quality service to all patients within an efficient manner.
Coordinating the activities of the Oncology Unit to ensure the delivery of a quality service to all patients.
Management of the safe, efficient and effective running of the nursing service within the Oncology Unit/Hospital.
Provide professional and strategic leadership for the nursing service of the Oncology Unit.
Ensure efficient management of human and fiscal resources within the Oncology Unit.
Ensuring that the highest standard of clinical practice is provided within available resources.
Acting up in the absences of the ADON as required by the DON.

Requirements:

RGN on live register of NMBI
5 years post graduate experience with at least 2 years in Oncology nursing
Must have previous management experience at CNM level
Management course desirable and knowledge of JCI accreditation system
