TTM Healthcare are recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager I on behalf of their Carlow based client.
This is a full time permanent role working 39 hours per week.
This service provides quality services to adults with physical, sensory, and neurological disabilities at a medium and high level of need. They provide individualized supports to promote well-being, independence, and quality of life for all people who use their services. They are a section 39 organisation funded by the HSE.
Requirements:
· In possession of a nursing qualification and registered with An Bord Altranais
· A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience to Senior Staff Nurse Level
· Have line management or supervisory experience
· Knowledge of and experience in working within HIQA regulatory framework
· Evidence based decision making skills and experience in the management and effective delivery of change
· Have experience in the development and delivery of training to staff
· Evidence of personal and professional development
· Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and the ability to adapt to changing technology
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
· In possession of the necessary documentation to work and live in the Republic of Ireland
· Ability to speak and write English fluently
