Our client is family run Healthcare Group with over 30 years' experience in the area of Elderly Care and has plans to expand their services over the next two years. The successful candidate will be a qualified and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager and will possess both senior management experience and the ability to deliver nursing services in an Elderly Care Facility.

Clinical Nurse Manager 1 Role:
- To assist the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing in facilitating the managementand care of residents on a daily basis, with particular focus on our client's policies andprocedures, statutory regulations and the Health Information and Quality Authority standards.
- To be responsible for the relevant standards and quality of the nursing care
- To comply with and maintain the quality standards in relation to residents care and wellbeing with particular reference to HIQA standards and the goal of attaining a quality standard.

Applicant Criteria:
- A registered General Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by NMBI.
- Minimum three years post graduate experience with some experience at CNM level.
- Post registration qualification in Gerontology/Management desirable
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Have a clear, open and friendly communication style with the ability to respond quickly and appropriately across a variety of situations.
- Have fluent spoken and written English
