Clinical Nurse Manager 1 / CNM1 (Addictions and Homeless Service)
Clinical Nurse Manger (CNM1) required for a Primary Care service in Dublin city centre. This primary care service offers a Drug and Alcohol Service, Detox and Rehabilitation service a Medically Supervised Injection Facility and primary healthcare services.
Reporting to the Day Services Manager, the CNM will deliver and coordinate the primary healthcare services with a specific focus on health and harm reduction.
This is a full-time permanent position. Based on a 39 hour week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Main Responsibilities include:
- Providing support and line management to all staff including nursing and project workers.
- Providing clinical supervision to the nursing staff
- To monitor and support staff with their case management ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed, and that links are being made with the appropriate internal and external services

- To provide support across the spectrum of Day Services as required
- To assist with any other duties which the Head of Day Services/Day Services Manager might reasonably request.
Requirements:
- RGN, with current registration with the NMBI
- At least 3 years post qualification experience
- Previous management experience
- Management qualification desirable
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and decision-making skills
