TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager I who is Pediatric trained on behalf of their Dublin based client.
This Nurse would ideally need to be a Paediatric Nurse looking over the Complex Cases, communication with the staff Nurses and the Clients. Doing so assisting with our CNM2 for tenders and Interviews for new staff Nurses. Care plans and rostering, for new Tenders.
This is an office based role working 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. There is an option to work from home for some of the week.

Requirements:
• A minimum of two years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant healthcare setting in the last two years.
• Previous experience working with children with complex care needs
• Computer literacy/administration,
• Experience of staff management,
• Risk Assessment knowledge,
• Have a good knowledge of Quality and Safety Systems and Audit
• Ability to recruit, interview, train and support staff.
