TTM Healthcare in partnership with our client in Mayo has a vacancy for an Assistant Staff Officer Grade IV position for a 12-month contract with immediate availability.
Fulltime position, 37hour working week.
This role requires both project management and administrative responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Assisting in developing project plans
• Providing support for meetings
• Communication to stakeholders
• Ensure deadlines are met and service levels are maintained
• Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
• Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information
• Organise and attend meetings as required
• High level Organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Schedule and verify patient data.
• Scan documents and upload all files to the patient management system
• Write reports for the department
• Manage staff performance - KPI's
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent IT skills including word, excel and outlook.
• Proficient in report writing
• Experience in project management
• Excellent typing skills
• Experienced in minute taking
• Leadership and strong team work skills
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Excellent attention to details
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
