TTM Healthcare Solutions are proud to partner with the HSE to hire Grade III Clerical Officers in the Kilkenny/Carlow area.
35 hour working week, Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturdays may be required which would be subject to a saturday premium.
Rates depending on relevant public sector experience.
Six month initial contract, possibility of extension.
Travelling between Kilkenny/Carlow to different sites is an essential part of the the role. Own transport required with full clean licence.
Expenses are cover for mileage.
Requirements/Duties:
• Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, scanning, sending mail and general clerical work
• Communication/interpersonal
• Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
• Use of excel- Need someone that is proficient in MS Office
• Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information
• Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries or referring to other staff. Good phone manner and communication
• Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as require
• High level organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Schedule and verify data.
• Scan documents and upload all files to the patient management system
