TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a care Supervisor on behalf of their North Dublin based client.

Full time permanent
Salary: €35000 per annum
Opportunity for overtime with overtime rates
Location: The role is based in North Dublin. Clients and Care staff are located mainly in the Dublin 7/9/11 areas. The office is based in Swords Co. Dublin.

The Role:
The role of the Care Supervisor is to support and supervise Health Care Assistants within the service. They will have a key role in supporting and managing the performance, practice and functional elements of the Care Assistant role. You will report to the Care Manager.
Qualities
Essential qualities of a Care Supervisor include the ability to effectively communicate with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
• Conduct care supervision visits of care staff in client's homes
• Introduce care staff to new clients
• Assist in client assessments
• Oversee the accurate maintenance of supervision records
• Participate in care activities as part of the care supervision process
• Employ a best practice approach in the care of customers
Qualifications & Experience
• QQI/Fetac Level 5 Major award for Health Care Skills
• A Supervisory Management Qualification (QQI L6) is desirable but relevant experience as a Care Supervisor is acceptable
• Computer literacy/administration desirable
• Moving and Handling essential
• Full Driving License
