We are currently recruiting for a Bid and Content Co-Ordinator. This is a dual-purpose role focused on supporting TTM Healthcare (TTM) connect more effectively with its customers, via more compelling, concise and consistent bids. As a new role, supporting a new initiative, this is an exciting opportunity to have a broad impact across a very diverse business. The Bid & Content Co-Ordinator will report to the Head of UK (Sales & Operations). As a dynamic and flexible business this role is based on a four day week and can be located at either our UK (Manchester) or Ireland (Ennis) HQ, or a mix of home and office working.

The content responsibilities:

Part of the role will be to create and maintain a business wide content library of boilerplate answers. This is a new strategic initiative for 2021/22 to save time across the business and ensure we are producing impactful proposals and tender responses.

Main responsibilities include:

• General content library admin and assistance to maintain the integrity of the file hierarchy, file naming system and tagging
• Attending content development meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to map existing content and identify gaps
• Arranging and attending (and leading) storyboard sessions to create new boilerplate. Agreeing timescales and resources needed
• Researching and working with SMEs iteratively during the storyboard process to refine output, including the creation of impactful visuals
• Transitioning storyboards to usable boilerplate and taking it from quarantine to live
• Quarterly audits to analyse content library usage and boilerplate that is reaching expiry
• Helping close the loop on content by regularly liaising with SMEs to seek new and / or any enhancements needed to existing boilerplate
• Keeping the toolkit, style guide and library guide up to date
• Booking reviews in SME diaries to ensure boilerplate remains accurate.

The bid responsibilities:

The second part of the role will be to provide live support on bids. This support will assist in developing content (via storyboards) in response to specific bid questions, where there is no current boilerplate. The outcome of storyboards will be compliant answers to questions, which articulate a persuasive message as to why TTM' to the customer (via words and / or visuals) as well as feeding back to the library for future use. Additionally, and importantly, the role holder will help maintain momentum and progress against the agreed timelines.

Main responsibilities include:

• Supporting the kick-off, developing a plan and creating a response template
• Project management of progress against key internal milestones
• Supporting the development of content for bids by facilitating storyboard sessions
• Proofreading other contributions from SMEs at key stages of the bid process
• Creation of impactful visuals to support the written responses within a bid
• Proofing and formatting of bid responses
• Maintenance and enhancement of bid response templates and tools
• Ad-hoc support for questionnaires
• Any other reasonable tasks required for the bid function e.g. Bid Team inbox etc.

The ideal candidate

• Intermediate to advance capability with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong copywriting, editing, proofing, written and oral communications skills (English)
• Ability to create impactful visuals / images from written content
• Excellent attention to detail and drive for perfection
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and SMEs
• Exceptional project management skills with a get it done attitude.
• Familiar with best practice bid management (tools and methodology)
• Best practice in content creation and management.
• Experience of working within a complex and diverse sales environment
• Experience of working with a diverse mix of SMEs
• 2+ years' experience in a similar function (bid / sales / procurement / marketing).
• A-Level in English [highly desirable]
• University degree or equivalent [desirable]
• Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Accreditation [desirable]
• Bid & sales, project management and marketing training [desirable].
