Basic Grade Physiotherapist
Basic Grade Physiotherapist required for the Dublin South, Kildare & West Wicklow Community Healthcare. The area includes Terenure, Harolds Cross, Rathmines, Rathgar, Templeogue & Limekiln as bases. The Physiotherapist will be working an adult caseload. This is a contracted role for 6 months with scope for Extension.
Duties:
• Carry a clinical caseload appropriate to the post and adopt a client-centered approach to conduct client assessment and the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsible for goal setting through clear communication in partnership with the client, family, and other team members as appropriate.
• High standard service provision in varied locations in line with local policy/guidelines within appropriate time allocation
• Work within own scope of professional competence in line with principles of best practice, professional conduct, and clinical governance whilst seeking advice and supervision when necessary.
• Take responsibility for and keep up to date with Physiotherapy practice by participating in professional development such as reflective practice, in-service, self-directed learning, research, and clinical audits.
• Implement the agreed policies, procedures, and safe professional practices and adhere to relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
•A Relevant Qualification is required
•CORU registration mandatory
•Eligibility to work in Ireland (hold a working visa)
•Full Driver's licence and use of car is essential
