We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our tribe, based in Ennis.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:
• Support the finance department with the processing of purchase orders
• Set up of new suppliers on PO system
• Match supplier invoices to PO's issued
• Processing invoices on finance system
• Liaise with suppliers when necessary
• Managing payment of suppliers
• Assist other members of the finance team when required
Essential Skills Required:
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar or transferable role
• Strong IT skills including MS Excel, Word & Outlook and SAGE accounts
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
