As part of a winning team of five, Noelle places 175 staff each week in temporary nursing and HCA roles and dedicates every day to delivering the best for her candidates. Noelle joined TTM in 2022, quickly moving up from Associate Consultant to Recruitment Consultant.

​

Noelle grew up in Liscannor, County Clare, and while she originally studied Beauty Therapy, she always had a love for sales having worked for a local ferry company. This passion together with a real interest in people steered her in the direction of recruitment - and TTM.

​

“I love that each day brings something fresh, with new and different people to meet. I value getting to know my candidates and really getting to the heart of how I can help them - and it’s also great to be out on the road meeting clients.”

Noelle is self-motivated and embraces TTM’s Family Principle of IROAR (Individual Radical Ownership and Responsibility). She works hard to look after her candidates and get them the shifts they want, touching base with them as often as she can to ensure all is well.

One of Noelle’s proudest achievements was being selected as make-up artist for the ‘Fair City 30 Years On Air’ celebration show. While she loves the peace and quiet of her home, Noelle values time spent socialising with good friends.
