Coming from a sales and marketing background, Nicole has been with TTM since early 2021 and is a Recruitment Consultant within our fast-paced Social Care Division. As part of her team of four, she places around 85 Healthcare Assistants and Social Care Workers with her clients, each week.
Nicole is from Kilmihil, Clare and holds a Higher Degree in Business and Front Office Management. She worked as Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager at a leading local hotel for five years - and was also the hotel’s Wedding Co- Ordinator, loving the people side of the job. She had always thought recruitment would suit her skills and personality, and was drawn to TTM in 2015, keen to explore her passion for people.
“I love getting to know my candidates and clients and I’ve built strong relationships with them. I think I bring a lot of positivity to my role and I like to think I embody the TTM Family Principle ‘Customer Obsessed’: I always keep in constant contact with my candidates and clients and make sure they don’t have to wait to hear from me. I keep them informed of all the steps of the recruitment process, and the progress made along the way.”
Nicole enjoys the busy, high-powered energy of TTM; fast-paced and ever-changing she loves how each day brings new and different aspects to her work.
“But as fast-moving as it is, it honestly is like a big family here. We all share the same values, we’re all here for one another and want to help each other reach our goals. It’s different from anything I’ve experienced before.”
Nicole is justifiably proud of her career progress and the life she’s building, including getting married and buying her own house. She loves spending time with her dog and also enjoys yoga.
