Clare born and bred and having worked previously as a travel consultant, in retail and in administration, Melanie has been with TTM since 2018. Joining as Office Administrator, Melanie is now an Associate Consultant with the AHP Permanent Division - Ireland and UK. She places professionals from all disciplines, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Podiatrists and Radiographers.

Melanie is a great team player and is always there to support her colleagues wherever she can. She describes herself as ‘thorough’ - staying closely by the side of her candidates and clients throughout the whole recruitment process, making things easier for them wherever she can, and always checking in on them after placement.

Melanie feels most inspired by the TTM Principle ‘Simplification for Clear Tracks’, which is all about the importance of clarifying the complicated to make sure everyone has clear understanding of their role and the road ahead. Melanie believes that because each person has their own ‘High 5’ - or personal goals and objectives - it’s so much easier to progress and succeed.

Melanie is a real family person and loves spending time with her children who are her greatest pride. She is also very involved within her local sporting community.
