Jane joined TTM in 2013 and is now Principal Recruitment Consultant for the Northern Ireland Division of TTM – a busy role which sees her taking care of all locum requirements across the Nursing, Medical and Allied Health Divisions. This means that as well as Nurses, Jane recruits for a full range of medical roles – including Doctors, Radiographers, Clinical Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Dieticians and Pharmacists.
The Northern Ireland Division is a new and fast-growing part of TTM – and Jane has built up close and trusting relationships with clients across the relevant medical disciplines. She believes the old-fashioned ability to simply deliver to a client’s requirements, professionally and on time – has helped her build the business.
Born into a family of accountants, Jane is from Limerick, and graduated from the University of Limerick in 2009, with a BA in Economics and Sociology. She began her career working within the family accounting firm – before moving to the UK and taking up the position of Team Leader at Deutsche Bank. Here she handled recruitment for the bank – and found her passion for the people-focused, energetic nature of the work. Shortly after moving back to Ireland she joined TTM and quickly developed from Senior Recruitment Consultant to Team Leader and Principal Recruitment Consultant.

Jane’s love for people goes beyond her work, and she enjoys socialising with family and friends. She has a keen interest in fashion and loves holidays – making the time to recharge her batteries at her holiday cottage in Kilkee.
