Our #TTMTeam members come from many different walks of life and often with vastly different work experience - and we love it! It’s proof that just about anyone, with the right energy, drive and support, can make the move into achieving with TTM. Like Damian, who joined us after 20 years as a sales executive in the motor industry. Today, Damian has a whole new career and future ahead of him - and we’re here for it.

Damian is an Associate Consultant with TTMs AHP Division - placing Allied Health Professionals in a wide range of permanent AHP roles, from Audiologists to Speech Therapists, and every role in between.

​

Damian, who grew up in Ruan, Ennis, holds a Professional Certificate in Financial Advice (APA). He worked as a Sales Executive and Business and Finance Manager for many motor vehicle garages and centres - but felt the need for a fresh challenge. After attending one of our Open Days in 2022 he joined TTM and he’s loving his new life of variety and opportunity:

Damian says his sales experience helps him to understand what both clients and candidates are looking for. He believes the ability to listen, to empathise and to go out of your way to help are key to recruitment success. Damian’s two great loves outside of work are his family and golf. He is hugely proud of his three children as well as having served as Captain of Ennis Golf Club in 2021. He is also keen on amateur dramatics and has been in several one- and three-act plays.
