Ciara is a Consultant with TTM’s focused Support Services team, placing key non-medical support staff in healthcare settings. She offers opportunities to Multi-Task Attendants, Cleaners, Porters and Kitchen Assistants, all on a Temporary basis.

A native of Cranny/Coolmeen in Clare, Ciara holds a BA Social Care Degree as well as a BA QQ1 Level 7 Employment Coaching Degree. She is well-placed to bring great insight and knowledge to her work, having worked previously as a Social Care Worker and Day Service Instructor:

“I’ve worked on ‘the other side of TTM’ at various HSE sites so I have lived experience of how things work and what the challenges are. This background gives me a great advantage when working with candidates and clients alike.”

Like every #TTMTribe member, Ciara really thrives on helping people find the job that suits them and loves the rewards of her job. And like her colleagues, she believes in going the extra mile to make sure each person she works with knows and feels they are her priority.

Ciara loves the TTM fun spirit and energetic work environment, as well as the flexibility the company offers - combining remote and in-office working.

Ciara’s pride and joy is her son AJ, and she loves setting off on adventures with him, creating fun and special memories. She’s an active member of her Coolmeen/Kildysart community - coaching Under 6s football and playing Mothers & Others football while also managing the team.
