As the TTM Group expands and grows we are committed to promoting our staff from within.

TTM is full of examples of internal promotions: our current Nursing Team Leader for Ireland started as a Compliance Officer and received a number of internal promotions to become Team Leader within two years of joining TTM.

To encourage and sustain this pattern of career progression TTM Healthcare operates a strategic training programme for all employees.


Acheive is the TTM Healthcare Group’s bespoke recruitment life cycle training programme, designed by our management team. It covers every aspect of client and candidate management. The programme incorporates two distinct elements:

  • Training for anyone new to recruitment
  • Bitesize refreshers for those with more experience but want to make sure they are kept up to date with developments in this fast moving industry.


Excel@TTM is the TTM Healthcare Group’s development programme for Recruitment Consultants to equip them with all the necessary knowledge and skills so that they are poised to make that all important step to Senior Recruiter when the opportunity arises.


Develop@TTM is the TTM Healthcare Group’s bespoke programme designed to prepare the future leaders of our company. Selected Senior Recruiters and individuals within the Shared Services divisions train to take up Team Leader roles as that they continue to progress their career within the company.
