Meet Eilis: Balancing a Career and College with TTM

For Eilis, agency work has been more than just a job it's been a stepping stone toward her future.

Eilis first joined TTM three years ago, introduced to the agency through her mum, a nurse. Her first role was as a receptionist in her local primary care centre, and she's been a Clerical Officer with TTM ever since, all while studying to become a primary school teacher.

For Eilis, the flexibility has made all the difference. Picking up work during college breaks like summer and Christmas has been straightforward, allowing her to earn and gain experience without compromising her studies. A big part of that is her TTM point of contact, Sarah, who Eilis describes as professional and friendly, taking a genuine interest in finding work that fits around her college schedule.
