At TTM, our people play a vital role in delivering quality care across healthcare settings. Toni Rose, a Multitask Attendant, has been part of the TTM team for over three years and brings professionalism, compassion and commitment to every shift.

With experience across customer service, administration, retail, and hospitality, Toni transitioned into healthcare following the COVID outbreak, encouraged by a nurse who recommended TTM. She began her journey at a General Hospital and later moved to a residential healthcare setting.

Toni finds her role rewarding through the support she provides to residents and their families, highlighting the value of everyday care and consistency. For her, positive feedback and appreciation from residents and families are key motivators.

“The most rewarding part of my role is supporting the residents. Knowing that residents and their families appreciate the time and care I give makes a real difference,” she says.

One of the main benefits Toni identifies in working with TTM is flexibility, allowing her to balance work with personal and family life while gaining exposure to different healthcare environments.

“The flexibility stands out for me. Being able to choose shifts that suit my personal and family life makes such a difference,” she notes.

Her advice to those considering agency healthcare work is simple and practical: adaptability and flexibility are essential when working across varied teams and settings.
